Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tallulah, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and municipal facility.
Courthouse Roof Replacement Docs notes : Deposits on the first set of documents furnished bona fide prime bidders shall be fully refunded upon return of the documents no later than 10 days after receipt of bids. On other sets of documents furnished to bidders, the deposit less the actual cost of reproduction, shall be refunded upon return of the documents no later than ten days after receipt of bids. A certified check may be used in lieu of a BID BOND 5% Bid Bond in the unit amount of the bid. A performance BOND and a payment BOND each in the amount of 100 percent of the CONTRACT PRICE, with a corporate surety approved by the OWNER, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids received for just cause per State Public Bid Law.
