In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: 1.The work generally consists of the demolition and replacement of all wall and roof refractory lining in Fluid Bed Incinerator No. 1, including firebrick, insulating castable, hard castable and the existing steel gas baffle ring. Other work includes the installation of an additional new gas steel baffle ring, demolition and replacement of six incinerator roof spray nozzles and demolition and replacement of castable refractory in the Fluid Bed Incinerator No. 1 hot gas exhaust duct. This meeting has been set in order to provide all potential Bidders an opportunity to discuss with the Owner aspects of the Contract Documents for the Southerly Fluid Bed Incinerator No. 1 Refractory Replacement Project.
