The purpose of this project is to prepare a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Environmental Assessment and objectively analyze the environmental impacts for the proposed Leland/Grange Project. The goal of the Leland/Grange Project is to create single-family homeownership development consisting of nine single family units in the Parkview Neighborhood on property located at 2955 Leland Avenue (APN 108-010-043) encompassing 1.21 acres (Property). The Property is a Successor Housing Agency asset that was purchased by the former Redding Redevelopment Agency for development. The Leland/Grange Project will include necessary grading and site preparation, construction of the single family homes, parking areas, landscaping and necessary infrastructure - including, but not limited to, curbing, gutters, sidewalks, storm drains, utilities, street lighting and signage.
