These repairs are critical to ensuring the ongoing stability and safety of the facility. In parallel, the County is undertaking a separate but related project involving an interior remodel of the same building. Architectural services for the remodel have already been contracted. To maximize efficiency and minimize disruptions, the County plans to consolidate the foundation repair and interior remodel projects into a single construction bidding package.
