Replace failing sewer main siphon crossing Churn Creek from manhole R11-60 to R11-59. Replace 2-6 inch ABS pipes with 2-6 inch HDPE pipes (338 linear feet). Construct all weather access road from Cambria Drive to manhole R11-59 approximately 450 linear feet. Contractor shall possess a Class A or C-34 license at the time bid is opened. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for this project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5. Each bid shall be made in accordance with the specifications and proposal requirements thereof. No bid will be received unless it is made on a proposal form furnished by the City Engineer.
