Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Champion, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Contract #1: The work will consist of installation of ADA accessible heated sidewalks and ramps, concrete curbing, stairs and pads. Contract #2: The work will consist of installation of stormwater collection and conveyance facilities, installation of waterline, and pavement restoration. Each proposal shall be accompanied by security in the form of a certified check or bid bond payable to the order of The Borough of Seven Springs, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid in accordance with provisions of the Contract Documents. Bids may be held by The Borough of Seven Springs for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the Contract. Registered bidders will be invited to a pre-bid meeting to be scheduled in June. The Borough of Seven Springs reserves the right to reject any or all bids, totally or in part, or to waive any formalities in the bidding.
