The County of Sonoma is soliciting informal bids for the removal and replacement of deteriorated exterior pressboard siding and associated trim boards at the Guerneville Public Library (14107 Armstrong Woods Road, Guerneville, CA). The existing siding and trim shows signs of weather-related damage, including warping and delamination, in selected areas only. Work shall also include Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) remediation, with details outlined herein. This project requires careful coordination with facility operations and must be executed to ensure continued public access and safety. REQUIRED CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE(S). A California Class "B" General Building contractor's license is required to Bid this Contract and through the completion of the project. All contractors and subcontractors shall be properly licensed by the Contractor's State Licensing Board and possess the necessary license classifications for the work they perform under this project.
