Inspection Services, It is the Housing Authority's desire to retain a duly qualified and competent contractor to provide annual inspections of its units at all five (5) RAD sites and Supervisory review of the Tenant Based Program. All services must be in accordance with the existing laws, rules, orders, directives and regulations governing these services and supplies. The vendor must have experience in performing HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received for these services, and to waive any informality in the proposal process. It also reserves the right to terminate the vendor, for convenience, at any time during the term of the contract. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days without the written consent of the Authority.
