Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Upper Saucon Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Proposed Project encompasses pavement replacement and repairs at the Southern Lehigh High School, Intermediate School and Liberty Bell Elementary School for the Southern Lehigh School District.. The pavement work at the Intermediate School and Liberty Bell School will occur in the loading dock area and will also involve concrete pavement repair and replacement as well as a drainage structure repair. The pavement replacement/repair work at the high school will take place in the parking area on the west side of the school. Except as provided by law, bids shall be irrevocable for sixty (60) days after bid opening date, unless award of contracts is delayed due to required approvals of another governmental agency, sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants. If so delayed, bids shall be irrevocable for one hundred twenty (120) days in compliance with the Commonwealth Procurement Code. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, a cashier's check or a bid bond of an approved Surety Company in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid. Check or bond shall be drawn in favor of Southern Lehigh School District. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive, at his discretion, any or all irregularities, mistakes, omissions, or informalities relative thereto. Document Note: Documents will not be available for examination at the Architect's office. Bid date description: Bids shall be submitted in printed form to the Owner as identified below and shall be mailed or delivered to Owner and be received no later than time stated above. Oral, telephonic, facsimile, e-mail, or telegraphic bids are invalid and will not receive consideration.
