This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
The contractor shall provide all equipment, software, hardware, labor, and technical support necessary to maintain and service the infant protection system at Womack Army Medical Center. All components, updates, and services must be fully compatible with existing equipment and server configurations and must maintain the integrity of the system's software warranty. Services include operating a 24/7 telephonic customer service line to support all complaints and service requests; providing access to system updates; supplying zero-cost replacement of warranty-covered parts; and furnishing on-call technician support with a 24-hour response time for routine service and a 12-hour response time for emergency service. Routine service occurs during daytime hours when system failures cause mild to moderate disruptions, while emergency service occurs after hours or when failures severely disrupt system operations. Rates for routine and emergency services will be fixed for the duration of the contract and must include all travel costs. The contractor shall provide one annual comprehensive inspection, validation, and recertification of the system, and shall maintain a stocked supply of refurbishments at locked-in rates, including supplying one hundred infant transmitters at least twice per year. Stock replenishment will be provided at contract initiation and as needed thereafter. Technicians shall document all repairs and inspections, including corrective actions and preventive maintenance performed; these notes will remain in a binder at Womack Army Medical Center for monthly COR review. This non-personal, fixed-price service contract requires the vendor to be certified to work on the system without voiding software warranties and to possess knowledge of WAMC and Fort Bragg operations. Equipment covered under warranty includes client computers and licenses, card readers, exit controllers, alarming band receivers, staff alert panels, quick-look stations, code locks, and QR devices. Location: Womack Army Medical Center, 2817 Reilly Road, Fort Liberty (formerly Fort Bragg), NC 28310
