This is a non-personal services contract for the maintenance of security systems at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC). The scope includes support for LenelS2 OnGuard ADV integrated with the Milestone XProtect system, covering indoor and outdoor security cameras, access control locks, magnetic door locks, cabling, monitors, servers running Microsoft Server Operating Software (MS OS), video storage, and multiple displays essential to the LenelS2 OnGuard with Milestone XProtect Video Surveillance System (VSS). The Government will not supervise or control the contract service providers, who are accountable solely to the Contractor. The Contractor is responsible to the Government for all personnel, including subcontractors. The current security systems require maintenance as the purview of WAMC, outlying health clinics, medical homes and support facilities, all systems and devices require maintenance and upkeep with replacement of repair of existing equipment. This contract shall cover all major items of the current system including wirings and components, mounts and brackets, 45 servers, Lenel Operating System, baby bans sensors and trackers, alarm points, security switches, digital locking systems, and cameras.
