PN 93099 SOF Aircraft Maintenance Hangar at Fort Bragg, North Carolina involves the construction of a new aircraft maintenance hangar and supporting facilities for Special Operations Forces. Work is issued on a full and open, unrestricted basis and will proceed once appropriated funds become available. The project requires compliance with a Class Justification and Approval for the use of brand-name HVAC chillers for new construction and SRM projects at Fort Bragg. All verbal and written requests for information must be submitted through the ProjNet Bidder Inquiry System as outlined in the solicitation. The effort is subject to a Project Labor Agreement in accordance with FAR 52.222-33 Alt I and FAR 52.222-34 Alt I, requiring adherence to associated definitions and labor requirements. Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 self-assessment is required under DFARS 252.204-7021, and firms must be registered with at least the minimum certification in SPRS to be eligible for award. The magnitude of construction is between $50,000,000 and $100,000,000.
