The requirement is for a Multiple-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide commercial range facilities, realistic training environments, and associated subject matter expertise in support of the U.S. Army’s Joint Innovation Outpost (JIOP) and other authorized Government users located within a 90-mile driving radius of the Joint Innovation Outpost (JIOP) Headquarters, Fort Bragg, NC 28310. The Government seeks access to existing commercial facilities and services including, but not limited to, access to small arms live-fire ranges, multi-story shoot houses and multi-building training villages, subterranean training complexes, areas suitable for UASC-UAS and Electronic Warfare training, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) support in various tactical and technical domains. This is not a construction requirement. All offerors must be certified as a Small Business under NAICS code 561210 to be eligible for award. Interested small business organizations must respond electronically, referencing the project in the subject field, providing their UEI Number, CAGE Code, Tax ID Number, POC’s name, physical address, email, telephone, website, small business size, socioeconomic categories and type of ownership, and a capability statement.
