Construction of a standard Automated Infantry Platoon Battle Course (IPBC), including all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the project. Primary facilities include the IPBC, a small arms range operations control area, a small control tower, an operations and storage building, covered bleachers, a covered mess facility, an ammunition breakdown building, building information systems, and latrine pads. Supporting facilities include electric service, site improvements, and information systems. The project incorporates cybersecurity measures, sustainability and energy features, and includes Post Construction Award Services (PCAS). The work is to be completed in accordance with the contract requirements within a total period of performance of 720 calendar days following notice to proceed.
