** As of August 26, 2025 project has been awarded to Qualis General Contractors but no amount available.** This project has a budget of $674,000.00. the renovation of an existing building and the construction of a detached storage/garage building. Questions from prospective bidders must be submitted only to the DPC and will be received up to: 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2025. SUMMARY OF SCOPE: While the City's detailed engineered plans, drawings and specifications will provide more detail, the general scope of the project being solicited in this ITB is for the renovation of an existing building and the construction of a detached storage/garage building, both located at 7900 49 th Street North, Pinellas Park, FL 33781. The renovation work includes: * Minor demolition * Minimal structural framing * HVAC, electrical, and plumbing upgrades * Interior finishes and millwork Additionally, the project involvesthe complete construction of a detached two-car concrete garage, concrete flatwork, and minimal parking lot work.
