Reference Number 0000294890 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/06/11 11:59:00 PM EDT The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking standing offer submissions to provide professional analytical chemistry services for environmental remediation, on an as and when requested basis, as described in the attached Reqeust for Standing Offer (RFSO). The initial proposed period of standing offer shall be for one (1) year term starting from 01 October 2025 until 30 September 2026. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers received, and to seek clarification from one or more Offerors on the contents of their submission. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
