This project will replace existing sidewalks with an 8 foot wide concrete sidewalk and construct street lighting within public right of way adjacent to Comeford Park, along the north side of 5th Street and south side of 6th Street between Delta Avenue and State Avenue in Marysville. This work includes removal of existing concrete sidewalk panels, installation of electrical conduit and wiring, installation of light posts, minor grading, and construction of new concrete sidewalk, ADA ramp, minor utility adjustments, restoration and other work. All work must be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The project is funded in part by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) and is therefore subject to requirements for federally funded projects.
