Site work and paving for a civil project in Marysville, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK This project includes the replacement of one culvert on Coho Creek with a Timber Bridge provided by the Contracting Agency. The Work occurs on Tulalip Property and the Contractor is not required to maintain access across the Creek during the project. The Work includes the design, fabrication, and installation of Helical Piles as Noted in the Plans, Specifications, and Shop Drawings for the Bridge along with the design, fabrication, and installation of steel brackets to connect each pile to provided timber sill. The Contractor is responsible for designing and installing piles for provided bridge reaction and WSDOT Bridge Design Manual LRFD. The Contractor shall describe their Work Plan for Pile Installation as part of their Proposal. The following work elements are summarized below, separated by the Engineer's assumptions on schedule, means and methods: Construction Plans are provided as Appendix A. Work Performed includes: Temporary Traffic Control. Receiving, Unloading, staging, and Installing One (1) Timber Bridge and Timber Sills Designing, Fabricating, and Installing Helical Piles and associated bracket connections that can secure piles to the bridge. Clearing and grubbing, including tree salvage. Site preparation; temporary erosion and sediment controls, temporary stream bypass, dewatering, and temporary access and staging areas. Channel Excavation and Streambed Installation Gabion Basket Installation Balance all excavations at locally designated locations (this project has no off-site haul). Site restoration; temporary erosion control seed mix, roadside cleanup, project closeout. This list is not exhaustive and the Contractor shall refer to the proposal schedule, special provisions, and Contract Plans for a description of the work to be performed and requirements. The contractor is responsible for work sequencing and efficiently and timely completing the work. With the exception of Temporary Erosion Control seeding, Planting shall be performed by the Tribe. The Engineer's Estimate ranges from $250,000 - $350,000 in total. . Question Deadline 06/11/2025 Last Day for Submittal of Questions. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
