Description: State Project No. 25110 This project has a Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), Veteran Owned (VO) preference and a 2% TGB subcontracting goal established. SUMMARY OF WORK: The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Electrical and Structural construction. Location- 2185 45th Ave SE St. Cloud, MN 56304 Replacement of Hangar Door seals and gaskets, and the modification of roof access to include an exterior wall mounted ladder with foundation and anti-climb device. The Project consists of the replacement of hangar door seals and brushes, including 24 sliding Hangar Doors approximately 35 feet wide by 40 feet high. Installation of access doors for access to steel track truck and accessories, replacement of failing conductor power scheme to power track for hangar doors, insert of milled plastic to prevent bird nesting between door hangar track and soffit above tracks. Application of high performance anti-graffiti coating to prevent bird nesting in hangar door track space. Modifications to power for track/door. Installation of roof access ladder behind AASF Facility with anti-climb device complete with foundation, wall supports and roof modification to support ladder.
