**As of July 01,2025, the project was awarded to Ronyak Paving Inc, with an awarded amount of $1,100,001.25.** 2025 Street Repair Program. Each bid must contain the full name or names of the party or parties making the same, with an affidavit as to interested parties, and in the case of a corporation not chartered in Ohio, with a proper certificate that such corporation is authorized to do business in Ohio, and each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty or Bid Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code or be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check on a solvent bank made payable to the order of the City of University Heights, the amount shall be equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of University Heights, Ohio. Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex or national origin.
