Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in New London, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Senior Center HVAC Unit Replacement The City of New London Reserves the Right to Refuse Any and All Bids. 1. Bids must include comparisons from the old unit to the new unit you will install. List make and model of the new unit. 2. Bids must include everything it will take to remove the old unit and install the new unit including: Disconnecting existing gas piping, ducting, and electrical from the old unit. Removing and disposing of the existing unit. Modify existing stand (if needed) and install new unit on the stand. Fab and install new ductwork connecting new unit to existing ductwork. Insulate all new ductwork. If you think existing ductwork needs more insulation please provide a separate line cost for that work. Complete all necessary low and high voltage wiring in code compliant manner Run new gas piping to the new unit Leak check and pressure check all fittings Unit will be installed to all manufacturer specifications Set up economizer and controls and install a new thermostat. All code requirements must be met for installation. 3. Bids must include any crane usage, electrician work, and permit costs. 4. You must list any subcontractors if using any.
