Renovation of a municipal facility in New London, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The project shall consist of the following: 1. Removal of existing 1' x 4', surface mounted, 3 bulb, T-8 florescent light fixtures and replace with 50 watt 2' x 4' LED surface mounted fixtures. 2.LED fixtures shall be Nuvo Lighting Model #65-324 with the following specifications; 100-277 volts, 50 watt, 4906 lumens, PMMA Translucent white. 3. Mounting frame kit shall be Nuvo Lighting, Model #65-363, white finish, 24" x 48". 4. Removal of existing single pole and 3-way switches with single pole and 3-way dimmer controls. 5. Single pole dimmer controls & 3-way dimmer controls shall be Nuvo Lighting compatible for #65-324 in white. 6. Contractor will be responsible for all materials (even if not specifically called out) and labor for the project. 7.Contractor responsible for off-site disposal of all removed items, including, but not limited to; fixtures, switches, bulbs and ballasts. 8. Minimum one-year labor warranty. 9. Minimum five-year parts/equipment warranty. Even though we specify a manufacturer and style number, that is not meant to limit acceptable lighting options; rather it is a means to establish a minimum level of acceptable quality. You may bid any manufacturer and model as long as the lighting you bid is equal to or exceeds the specifications of the lighting requested. Outagamie County will be the sole judge of equivalency in the flooring. If lighting bid is different than the specified lighting, the bidder must include detailed specification and information on the option bid, as well as a comparison of the lighting bid vs the specified lighting. Failure to provide the detailed information and comparison will result in the rejection of your bid. The main base bid will be to replace the lighting in the Great Room and Library. This project will consist of; 10.Replacement of 49 fixtures, including frames 11.Replacement of 4 single pole dimmer controls 12.Replacement of 5 3-way dimmer controls We are requesting an alternate bit to replace the lighting in the Great Room only. This project will consist of; 13. Replacement of 33 fixtures, including frames 14.Replacement of 4 single pole dimmer controls 15. Replacement of 2 3-way dimmer controls A purchase order will be issued by end of day May 3rd. Work could only be done from June 3 - 14. Work must be completed by noon June 14, 2019. Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Once work starts the contractor must work a full shift each work day until the project is completed. Failure for the contractor to achieve completion by June 14, 2019 will result in a $250 per calendar day liquidated damages penalty payable to the County
