Station 16 Convenience Center Improvement Estimated Range from $1 million to $4 million Spartanburg County is seeking bids from vendors to perform and carry out, those services necessary to complete the Station 16 Convenience Center Projects. Completion Schedule: As part of this bid submittal the County is requesting that bidders provide a construction schedule that includes a time for performance for this entire contract. The provided schedule will be utilized as part of the evaluation process. The intent is for the provided schedule (particularly the final completion date for the contract) to become a part of the contract documents. For bidding purposes, please assume that work associated with this contract may begin as early as August 1, 2025. The issuance of a purchase order by the County will serve as the official notice to proceed. If the issuance of a purchase order occurs after the start date illustrated on a submitted schedule, the final completion date will be adjusted accordingly (if necessary). After issuance of a purchase order any changes that result in additional cost to Spartanburg County must be submitted in writing to kfarmer@spartanburgcounty.org for prior written approval. Do not proceed with any changes until a Purchase Change Order has been issued. Every effort has been made to ensure that all information needed is included in this document. If the Proposer finds that they cannot complete its response without additional information, it may submit written questions or requests for clarification to bidexpress.com. Written questions shall be submitted at least five (5) calendar days prior to Proposal's submission date. Questions submitted after this date may be rejected as not timely.
