The Village of Star Prairie is accepting sealed bids from qualified single-point contractors for renovations to the Star Prairie Community Center, located at 207 Bridge Avenue, Star Prairie, WI. This project focuses on enhancing accessibility and upgrading essential facility entrances. 2. Scope of Work Front Entry Door Replacement o New front entry door with handicap accessibility (e.g., automatic opener, ADA-compliant design) and public notification display options. o Remove and Upgrade entry way flooring with either tile or preferrable recessed floor covering. Side/Rear Entry Door Replacement o Replacement of the existing side and/or rear access doors with updated, secure models. Restroom Renovations o Upgrade of one restroom to meet ADA accessibility requirements. o Upgrades to both restrooms, including removal and replacement of the following items: - New toilets and sinks - Commercial-grade flooring - Electrical and lighting improvements - Updated mirrors, fixtures, and finishes - Install a changing table (if possible) All work must comply with ADA, state, and local building codes Completion Date: November 30, 2025 The Village of Star Prairie reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to request additional information for purposes of clarification, and to select the proposal that best serves the community's interests.
