The Unified School District of Antigo is undertaking the construction of a new, state-of-the-art elementary school located on Western Avenue in Antigo, Wisconsin. This two-story, 116,000-square-foot facility will serve grades K-4 and is designed to support modern educational needs with a focus on safety, sustainability, and community integration. The building will feature load-bearing masonry construction with steel framing, standing seam metal and EPDM membrane roofing, and a durable exterior of concrete stone veneer, brick, and metal panel siding. All interior partitions will be constructed of masonry for enhanced durability and sound control. Project Description: A new+/-116,000 s.f. two-story slab on grade elementary school. The building will be all loadbearing masonry construction, with standing seam metal and EPDM membrane roofing over steel deck and barjoist framing. Exterior cladding will be concrete stone veneer, brick veneer, and metal plank wall panel siding.
