Renovation of a water / sewer project in Antigo, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Antigo is requesting bids for the replacement of two overhead doors at the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). The City of Antigo reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the city. Scope: The contractor shall provide a bid that includes the cost of purchase, installation, freight, labor and all costs involved, including the demo on the existing doors. 3. Project Specifications: A. WWTP shop overhead door: a. 10'0"x7'9" insulated 22 gauge rolling steel door w/torsion spring, windlock every 6 th slate. b. Color: Grey c. Track: Inside mount E guide d. Chain hoist: Left side drive e. Include the cost of an optional automatic door opener (installed) including open/close/stop wall controls, photo eyes and remote for vehicles. f. Prices shall include removal and installation of the new overhead door. B. Overhead door to plant headworks: a. 10'2"x9' overhead door w/2" thick sections, 2" track, insulated with an R value of 9 or greater, torsion spring and weather seal. b. Color: White, no windows, normal headroom c. 15" radius track d. Hollow shaft e. Mounting: Reverse angle to shaft f.
