Solicitation Id: NC-02 The sections of pavement need replacement or resurfacing to extend the facilitys service life. 1602-11-01: Perpetuation project to replace the pavement of approximately 1.601 miles of USH 45 from CTH G to CTH Y in the town of Antigo in Langlade County. Replace the pavement with a 3-lane roadway with a two-way left turn lane (TWLTL) consisting of two 12-foot lanes, one 14-foot TWLTL, and 8-foot shoulders (5- foot paved, 3-foot gravel). Additional improvements include cross culvert replacements, storm sewer adjustments, spot curb & gutter replacements, and replacement of the existing structure, B-34-0053, over the drainage way. 1602-11-02: Perpetuation project to resurface approximately 0.542 miles USH 45 from CTH Y to Spring Brook Bridge in the city of Antigo in Langlade County. Resurface the pavement with a 4 mill and 4 overlay of asphalt. Additional improvement include spot replacement of curb and gutter, investigate and reconstruct curb ramps to meet current ADA compliance, evaluate inlets for repair or replacement, and signal installation at USH 45 and CTH Y intersection. Several alternatives for USH 45 & 10th Ave intersection need to be evaluated and taken through public involvement process including a 3-lane Two-way Left Turn Lane (TWLTL) configuration alternative (2-12 lanes, 14' TWLTL, 5 urban shoulders); a Two-Way Stop Control alternative; a Right-In/Right-Out/Left-In access modification alternative; and a Close/Consolidate Access alternative.
