Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Inez, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Sealed Bids will be received by the Martin County Sanitation District for the Inez Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Project. The scope of work includes replacement of oxidation ditch aerators and associated equipment with electrical. Removal of sludge from oxidation ditch. Additive alternate for replacement of oxidation ditch weir gate. Replacement of clarifier No. 2 valves with associated concrete walkways. Cleaning of clarifier No. 2 piping. Removal of sludge from clarifier No. 2. Additive alternate for repair of clarifier No. 1 skimmer, skimmer support and skimmer arm. Last Day for Questions shall be June 16, 2025 at 5 pm. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions shall be addressed to Jonathan McCracken, PE (jmccracken@primeeng.com), PRIME AE Group Inc. Last Addendum shall be issued on June 18, 2025 by 5 pm. Contractors are encouraged to utilize local Vendors and Suppliers. Bids must be delivered to Martin County Sanitation District, Attn: Todd Adams, Division Manager, 155 East Main Street, Inez, KY 41224, on or before 12:00 PM prevailing local time on Tuesday, June 25, 2025. The Martin County Sanitation District (OWNER) reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. This contract is considered a Lump Sum Contract. The Owner Reserves the Right to negotiate with apparent successful bidder as necessary to meet the needs of the Owner. No BIDDER may withdraw his Bid within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. No price escalation during the time of the Construction Contract shall be considered.
