Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Inez, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility.
Proposals are requested to furnish all labor and materials to complete the BG #25-243 New Martin County Elementary School – Building Packages located at 137 Hollybush Road, Inez, KY 41224. Work is to be performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and addenda prepared by Ross Tarrant Architects, CMTA Inc., and Structural Design Group, Inc. Each bid must be accompanied by a 5% Bid Bond and submitted in duplicate on copies of the Form of Proposal in the Project Manual. Both copies and the Bid Bond should be placed in a manila envelope with the Project Name and Proposed Bid Package number. No bids may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after opening. Successful bidders must furnish a 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond. If bidders desire hard copies of Drawings and Specifications, they are responsible for printing costs. Electronic bids are not allowed. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and/or technicalities where it serves the owner’s best interest. Liquidated damages at $1,000.00 per day will be assessed if the completion date is not met.
