Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Inez, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Recoat and repair a 50,000 gallon water storage tank and construct one valve vault. Furnish all labor and materials and perform all work as specified. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked with the contract name and number. A certified check or bid bond is required as bid security. Bidders must comply with all applicable federal requirements, including wage rates, civil rights, and equal opportunity regulations. Bidders are also expected to make efforts to include small or minority-owned businesses and certify compliance with non-segregated facilities and affirmative action requirements. The owner may consider informal any bid not prepared according to instructions and reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
