The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Site Improvements - CHQC located at Consolidated Headquarters Complex, 10601 Bear Hollow Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. The Contractor shall remove all underground service alert (USA) markings, asphalt and concrete patching, drainage inlet cleaning, concrete curb and gutter demo and replacement, striping, and other work as in the scope of work. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The prime contractor MUST possess a type (A) General Engineering Contractor License and/or type (B) General Building Contractor License.
