Renovation of a military facility in Rancho Cordova, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 232,261-square-foot, two-story above grade military facility.

Work will take place at the Joint Forces Headquarters (JFHQ), Headquarters and Emergency Operations Center Building located in Rancho Cordova, CA. Work will consist of all necessary labor, materials, equipment, electrical, protective covering, transportation, licenses, or permits necessary to remove existing manual operating materials/equipment and install push bar automatic door opener systems and associated equipment at the following entrances. a. CA Military Department, Joint Forces Headquarters main entrance, to include the exterior entrance door as well as interior vestibule doors b. Two exterior cafe entrance doors c. Emergency Operations Center (EOC) entrance, to include the exterior entrance door as well as two interior vestibule doors. d. Interior restroom doors: i. Room 1166 ii. Room 1152 iii. Room 1746 The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Automatic Door Openers Installation - JFHQ located at Joint Forces Headquarters, 10601 Bear Hollow Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, electrical, protective covering, transportation, licenses, or permits necessary to remove existing manual operating materials/equipment and install push bar automatic door opener systems and associated equipment at the following entrances.
