The Fabrication and Installation of Monument Sign(s) at the entrance to the Soldier Creek Industrial Park ( hereinafter the "RFP") Interested, qualified persons, or firms capable of providing the required materials and workmanship to fabricate and install a monument sign in an easement at the southeast corner of North American Avenue and NE 23rd Street ( a/k/a U.S. Highway 62) on Soldier Creek Industrial Park (herein "SCIP") Lot 2A, with an option for a second sign to be fabricated and installed in an easement at the SW corner of Soldier Street and NE 23rd Street on SCIP Lot 3G. All materials and work must adhere to the specifications contained in this announcement and to the Code of the City of Midwest City as well as all applicable State and Federal regulations. A City of Midwest City Sign Contractor's license is not required to submit a proposal, but anyone submitting a proposal must be eligible to obtain a license at the time the response is submitted and must have obtained a license prior to seeking any permit(s). The individual or firm selected to do the project (herein "Contractor") is responsible for obtaining all permits, and any electrical work must be performed by electrician(s) licensed in the City of Midwest City. Responses will be shared via e-mail with all individuals and companies known to be interested in this RFP. The Authority also reserves the right to request more information for clarification or due to omission of any information, and to negotiate with any responder in order to obtain the best goods services.
