Renovation of a fire / police facility in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

**As of July 14, 2025 this project has not yet been awarded. The Project is expected to be awarded on July 23, 2025.** The City of Bakersfield is requesting bids from experienced and reputable contractors to replace an existing Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air conditioning system as specified herein. Qualified firms must be licensed in the State of California and must have comparable and verifiable experience in HVAC replacement. Selected contractor will work with The City of Bakersfield's General Services Division of the Public Works Department in the planning and coordination of this project.
