Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Columbia Heights, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes the construction of approximately: 3,970 SQ YD REMOVE ROADWAY PAVEMENT 4 EACH HYDRANT LEADS 68 VFT SANITARY SEWER MANHOLES 360 LIN FT 1" WATER SERVICE 26 VFT SANITARY SEWER OUTSIDE DROP 720 TONS BITUMINOUS ROADWAY PATCHING 1,300 LIN FT 8" WATERMAIN 500 SQ YD TURF ESTABLISHMENT together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Truck Rentals Rates, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goals, the provisions of the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act, and Responsible Contractor Certification. Substantial Completion of the contract is 10/15/2025. All work under the Contract must be complete and ready for final payment by 10/31/2025. A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Columbia Heights shall accompany each bid.
