The Contractor shall furnish a Contractors Progress Schedule (Ghant Chart preferred) showing the percent of major components of the project to be completed within specified times. The Contractor shall prosecute the work in a vigorous and efficient manner, to ensure completion of the project within the time limit set and will keep the area of his operation in a neat and orderly condition. This shall include, but is not limited to, dust control. A certified check, cashiers' check or letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the total Bid amount, payable to the Miami County Commissioners, or; 2. A Bid bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid amount, payable to the Miami County Commissioners.
