HISTORIC COURTHOUSE WINDOW REPAIR The Commissioners' Court of Hood County is seeking sealed proposals from highly qualified, experienced, and responsible firms to perform broken glass repair at the Hood County Historic Courthouse. Payment bonds and performance bonds for 100% of the proposed price may be required based on the proposed price. A site visit is required prior to bidding. All invoices shall be paid at the regular semi-monthly meeting of the Hood County Commissioner's Court. The Commissioners' Court of Hood County, the OWNER, is seeking proposals from highly qualified, experienced, and responsible firms to perform broken glass repair at the Hood County Historic Courthouse. 1. Location: Hood County Historic Courthouse located at 100 E Pearl St. Granbury, TX 76048. 2. Area: West and South Faces of the building 1st through 3 rd Floor, North Face of the Building 3 rd Floor. 3. Project: Remove and Replace 125 pieces of 1/8" puddy glaze glass of varying sizes and shapes. Paint Glazing to match the existing glazing. 4. Materials: Material used to make the repairs should be similar in visual appearance to preexisting window fixtures at the sight. 5. Demolition: To include demolition, removal, and proper disposal of existing glass and glazing 6. Schedule: Once the Hood County Commissioners' Court has approved the proposal, the Vendor shall submit required documentation and work is to commence without delay according to the proposed time for completion. 7. Vendor to Supply: all materials, supplies, tools, labor, bonds, insurance, permits and safety precautions necessary to complete the work. 8. Vendor's Representative: shall have a responsible local representative available at all times while the work is in progress under this contract. The Contractor shall be required to furnish the name, address, and telephone number where such local representatives may be reached during the time that the work contemplated by this contract is in progress.
