**As of October 23, 2025, the project was awarded to Pavecon LTD with an awarded amount of $183,819.44** The City of Granbury is soliciting requests for competitive sealed proposals for City of Granbury Square Plaza Parking Lot The City reserves the right to reject any and/or bids and to waive any formality in connection therewith. A. Project Description The City of Granbury is planning on reconstructing a parking lot in Square Plaza in downtown Granbury, Texas. There is a base bid parking lot consisting of 36 parking spaces using asphalt paving and an add alternate parking lot consisting of using concrete paving for the same 36 surface parking spaces. The project includes demolition of existing improvements and constructing the new parking lot. B. Project Team The City has retained PGAL as Architect, whose designated representative on the Project is Giang Phan. The City's representative will be Michael Ross. C. Contractor Services The Contractor will provide Construction Services for the Project, as those terms are defined in this RFP. The Contractor will perform the Construction Services under a Lump Sum agreement using Competitive Sealed Proposals selection approach. D. Contractor Selection Method The City, being a governmental entity, is required by State law to follow specific procedures in selecting a Contractor for the Project. For this Project, the City intends to select the Contractor by a request for "competitive sealed proposals," as set forth in chapter 2269 of the Local Government Code ("Selecting Contractor For Construction Services Through Competitive Sealed Proposals").
