The project consists of the construction of approximately 5,350 linear feet of two-lane roadway including approximately 16,000 square yards of asphalt pavement and 56 linear feet of reinforced concrete box culvert. The surety company, the agency and agent issuing the Performance and Maintenance Bond and Payment Bond must be authorized to issue such bonds in Texas in an amount equal to or greater than the total contract price. This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration, and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program.
