The City is seeking an electrical contractor to furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to install underground electrical primary and secondary systems at the Pecan Valley Development. All work shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications provided by the City's engineering firm. Sealed proposals addressed to the City of Granbury for the construction and maintenance, including the supply of necessary labor and equipment, of 12.5 kV electric distribution line facilities The deadline to ask questions is 9/12/2025 10:00 PM CST Each proposal must be in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the Bidder and BID # RFP 24-25-14 Electrical Infrastructure Material and Labor Pecan Valley. Bids evaluated by the City will be based on the qualifications and experience of the Bidder, as well as the price offered. The City reserves the right to accept the proposal that best suits its needs whether or not the price is lowest and also reserves the right to reject all bids or waive informalities. This contract is prepared to provide labor equipment and material to construct the required electric infrastructure for Pecan Valley Project. All work on existing overhead lines shall be considered to be performed on energized line unless otherwise specified by the City. See Section IV-C for the definition of units to be paid as "Energized Construction".
