Scope of Work: 1. Awning Removal 0 Detach the connecting awning currently affixed to the metal roof sheets of both portables. The awning will need to be removed to access and replace the damaged roof panels, and then it will be installed properly so that it does not sit on the roof. 2. Roof Replacement Roof replacement for two portable buildings, including gutters and downspouts. Granbury ISD is seeking a vendor for a roofing project involving the complete removal and replacement of roofing systems on two portable classroom buildings, including the removal and reinstallation of an attached awning and the installation of new gutters and downspouts. This project HAS to include an engineer and must certify to be public works living wages. You must also have COI, and Workers Compensation Insurance.
