The project is to include the following work: Refer to 250409 Green Acres Park L1.1 and Green Acres Park L1.2 Contractor shall be responsible for supplying all materials, equipment, and labour necessary to complete the project, excluding the culverts, signs, benches and concrete waste receptacle which will be supplied by the Town of Teulon. Materials used must be of good quality and/or consistency in order to produce an acceptable finished product. All excavated material to be disposed of off-site. It will be the contractor's responsibility to have the materials approved by a representative from the municipality prior to placement of said material. Any additional work required that is considered out of scope will require change requests.
