Scope of Work of the Contract includes the Construction of The Ridge at Tamarron Lift Station. The deadline to ask questions is 6/17/2025 10:00 AM CST The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision, and plans to construct The Ridge at Tamarron Lift Station including but not limited to, mobilization, bonds, permits, and insurance; construction of a six-foot (6') diameter pre-cast concrete wet well including 100% solids epoxy coating and well point system and dewatering as necessary, complete with two (2) submersible pumps with all accessories and each sized for the pumping capacity; riser piping, valves, and coatings; one (1) access hatch and safety grate; on-site storm inlet; on-site storm piping; concrete access drive; concrete pavement; site work; 8-inch (8") and 10-inch (10") on-site sanitary sewer piping; on-site manhole; on-site 4-inch (4") force main; 80kW (minimum) diesel engine driven generator with sound attenuated weatherproof level 2 enclosure and 24-hour integral fuel storage tank; generator concrete foundation; automatic transfer switch; permanent generator load bank; load bank testing; lift station control panel; control panel concrete foundation; automatic telephone dialer; level control floats; electrical service; lighting; electrical service disconnect switches; harmonic filters and variable frequency drives for pump motors in NEMA 4 cabinets with air cooling; conduit and wire; fence and gates; trench safety system, all depths; Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan implementation, maintenance, and record keeping for lift station construction; construction staking to be performed by Quiddity Engineering, LLC of property corners, lift station site corners, corners of lift station slab, corners of generator foundation, corners of service rack & control panel foundation, corners of load bank foundation, wet well center, manhole center, and storm inlet center. Staking to be performed one time only; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. The deadline to ask questions is 6/17/2025 10:00 AM CST For construction contracts $50,000 and over, the bidder shall submit a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 days from the date bids are open.
