Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Fulshear, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
It is the intent of the City of Fulshear to contract with one (1) vendor for all materials, supplies, equipment, tools, services, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the Project Name Flooring Replacement for the Irene Stern Community Center as specified herein and as in Exhibit B, which has been attached and incorporated hereto. Quoter agrees, if awarded the contract, to complete all work required by the contract documents within calendar 7 days after issuance of a purchase order by the City's Purchasing Coordinator Administrator. Work to be completed May 18th through the 23rd. QUESTIONS DEADLINE Wednesday April 30th, 2025, 10:00 AM Via online.
