Renovation of a mixed-use development in Brant, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center; and educational facility.
The Board invites the prequalified Bidders from 2024-126-PQ for Contractor Services to bid on the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, and services required for the addition of eight (8) classrooms and a childcare centre at Cobblestone Elementary School located at 179 Grandville Circle, Paris ON. In accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Grguric Architects Inc. The following list of General Contractors have been prequalified by the Board to bid on the work included in this Tender as per 2024-126-PQ Request for Prequalification of General Contractors for the Renovations of Elgin Avenue PS and Cobblestone Elementary School for the Grand Erie for the Grand Erie DSB. Only this list of prequalified General Contractors may bid on this work. Bids received from non-prequalified General Contractors will not be considered. Owner only provides plans and specs to their prequalified contractors. Interested sub trades, manufacturers and suppliers should contact the prequalified contractors.
