(2) - Marine Transportation System Programmatic Planning and Support - Federal (Planning M-9 Level A) Location(s) Statewide, New Jersey This Task Order Agreement will secure planning, design, technical, data management, consulting and/or other professional services necessary to support the activities of the Office of Maritime Resources, the Division and/or the Department, on an as-needed basis. The attached Scope of Work will enable the Office to address pertinent marine/maritime critical needs, conduct field assessments generally and/or for dredging and dredged material management, review plans and specifications for construction of projects, plan for current and future marine transportation system development, and assist with the management of the State Channel Dredging Program. Tasks may also include those that support the Department, including those related to the State's marine highway, ferry, and port infrastructure as well as emergency response. The selected consultant team will work with the Office Manager to determine a priority order of projects that can be conducted with available funding.
