Town of Oro Valley is conducting a competitive one-step request for qualifications with the intent of contracting with a construction services provider to perform as a Construction Manager at Risk and work alongside the Town s design consultant for successful delivery of the Northwest Recharge, Recovery and Delivery System (NWRRDS) OVWU Independent Transmission Main Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR). This project is being funded by the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority ( WIFA) Federal Davis Bacon wages will apply to this project. Promotion of Small, Minority and Women-owned Businesses and participation in EPA s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program is required.
