THE MINORITY PERCENTAGE GOAL REQUIREMENT FOR THIS CONTRACT IS 53% PER SKILLED CRAFT. THE FEMALE PERCENTAGE GOAL REQUIREMENT FOR THIS CONTRACT IS 6.9% PER SKILLED CRAFT. . The project consists of the "one-for-one" replacement of the existing surface mounted fluorescent ceiling light fixtures in the ACSU cells with new LED type surface mounted correctional-grade fixtures and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. There is a total of 324 ACSU cells where the light fixture is to be replaced. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Construct the Work in phases, with each phase substantially complete as indicated on Drawings. 1. Phase 1: Complete all Work associated with the installation of the replacement light fixture for all cells within Building A. a. Commencement of Construction: 1) On-site destructive work (including but not limited to demolition, removal/replacement of existing light fixture) for Phase 1 shall begin once all materials have been received and are on site for Phase 1. Phase 1 including punch list shall be completed before Phase 2 work begins. b. Substantial Completion: 1) Within 21 days after commencement of construction of this phase. 2. Phase 2: Complete all Work associated with the installation of the replacement light fixture for all cells within Building B. a.
