Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Newark, New Jersey. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The objective of this project is to remove the existing underground abandoned 20,000 gallon heating oil tank at the Northern State Prison. The consultant shall also have in-house capabilities or Sub-Consultants pre-qualified with DPMC in P011 Environmental Engineering. A list of Pre-Qualified Consultants/Sub-Consultants are available at the following Web site online. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
