The Contractor shall perform a comprehensive inspection of all 39 boiler units located across King Salmon (AKN) Long Range Radar Site (LRRS) and Eareckson Air Station (EAS) in accordance with the Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall prepare separate detailed reports for each of the 39 boilers. Project Summary Description: This project is for a firm-fixed price contract. This requirement will be solicited on a small business basis. The work of this project is defined by the contract documents. The project includes but is not limited to the following: The Contractor shall perform a comprehensive inspection of all 39 boiler units located across King Salmon (AKN) Long Range Radar Site (LRRS) and Eareckson Air Station (EAS) in accordance with the Work Statement (PWS). The locations and are AKN/EAS. The Contractor shall provide all material, equipment, labor, supervision, housing, food, and transportation for both personnel and materials to and from the job sites as required to accomplish the requirements outlined in this PWS. The Contractor shall evaluate the overall condition of each unit. The evaluation shall determine the remaining life expectancy based on wear and metrics. The contractor shall Identify any parts requiring immediate or future replacement. The Contractor shall prepare separate detailed reports for each of the 39 boilers. The contractor shall provide an estimated cost to repair or restore any of the 39 Boilers based on the inspection results for government research only, not to guarantee or solicit work or agreements for future projects. The contractor shall have a National Board Inspection Code (NBIC) Certification. The contractor shall inspect all 39 high pressured steam boilers across both King Salmon & Eareckson for any deviations from AFMAN 32-1068 (Section 6.6). Deviations shall be noted in the report. The Request for Quote (RFQ)/ is anticipated to be issued on or about 10 June 2025. Offers will be due on or about 10 July 2025 (the actual date of receipt for quotes will be stated on the ). No public bid opening procedures are applicable for this . Contractors must be registered in SAM.gov prior to providing a quote and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during and through final of any contract.
